Leaving SHP in 1998 he established D J Wear & Associates. Formerly with Richard Ellis in the City of London, David worked in Brisbane with Ray White/Richard Ellis in the mid 1980’s moving to Sydney NSW in 1987 with Stanton Hiller Parker (SHP- formerly Richard Stanton NSW,P/L) where he headed up the Asset Management Division for many years leaving to establish D. J. Wear & Associates in 1997.

Major clients include Toga Group and private investors.

Darren joined the company in 2002 and has evolved from a junior role into a company Director. Darren commenced property management in a part time capacity at Global Funds Management and Tyndal Group whilst completing University studies. Once studies were completed, Darren joined DJWA to commence a full-time career in property management. In Darren’s 20 plus years with the company he has looked after various asset classed including Commercial, Industrial, Retail and hotels. Darren has looked after many mixed-use sites often balancing the needs and requirements of various stakeholders to achieve optimum results for property owners.

Megan worked as a personal assistant to David Wear at Stanton Hillier Parker and then commenced with DJWA when the business opened in 1998. Megan had a brief foray into the gas pipeline events industry before returning to DJWA to take up her original role. She runs the Trust Account, oversees all AR and AP transactions, maintains the MRI database and liaises with the stakeholders including clients, tenants, suppliers and auditors.

Since joining D J Wear & Associates in 2014, after nine years in Facilities Management at Sydney Corporate Park, Will has built extensive experience in property and facilities management. Starting as a Junior Property Manager, Will progressed into a senior role with responsibility for managing sections of the industrial portfolio and retail assets. His expertise includes building compliance and risk management.

Niall joined after completing his Bachelor of Property Economics in 2011 and worked at DJWA for 4 years as a Property Manager, before starting his own business abroad. He recently returned as a Property Manager for two of the portfolios largest assets, the Ultimo Trade Centre and 45 Jones Street.

Joined DJWA in 2018, with experience in commercial building operations. Jae has a high work ethic and is continually broadening his knowledge of mechanical and plant, through on-going training.

Roy is a Manly local who has looked after 39 East Esplanade for nearly 20 years.  He provides personal service to all tenants and occupants in the building and ensures the smooth operation of his asset.

Peter joined us in 2026 as a building caretaker for a large industrial property.  He has a background in running large factories and distribution centres making him ideal to manage larger industrial style property.

Aviva is our front office & maintenance  administrator. Her genial nature has ensured she is a favourite with both contractors and tenants alike.

Joined in 2025 with more than 20 years’ experience in the media sector, including time with one of our long-term tenants, Sam brings a practical, well-rounded background in accounts receivable and payable, payroll, office management, and facilities coordination.

She supports Megan across accounts and is currently leading projects focused on office system upgrades and website development.
